Morado Bolivian Rosewood Exotic Lumber
The color of Morado varies. Ranging from reddish/orange to a dark brown, with black streaks. Due to its fine texture it naturally has a high luster. Grain is mostly straight but can be irregular or interlocked. Morado is challenging to work with but turns and finishes well. Origin: Brazil and Bolivia. Common uses: Veneer, musical instruments, cabinetry, flooring and turning.
